Christmas Shopping in Peel & Lantern Parade on 3rd December 2011

Peel Christmas shopping @ Celtic-gold.co.ukThe Peel Christmas lights switch-on will take place on Saturday, 3 December 2011 at 4:00pm at Atholl Place. Tim Crookall, newly elected MHK for a second term, has agreed to switch on the Christmas Tree lights.

You can make a day of it in Peel and take part in the Peel Lantern Parade. Brighten up your Christmas with a day of Lantern crafts for children while you do a spot of Christmas shopping at the Christmas market and Heritage Gift Shop at the House of Manannan, and why not pop into Celtic Gold round the corner?

At 3:30pm parade with your very own handmade Lantern in the Peel Lantern procession to the Peel Christmas Light switch on! Admission £3. Includes all materials for childrens craft activities. House of Manannan, Peel, 01624 648000.

The Christmas lantern competition will take place at the House of Manannan. Judging of the age group categories will take place at 3:30pm. The children will then proceed up to Atholl Place for the switch on.
